Kelley

Currently Serving as the Brown County Circuit Court Judge Branch IV. First appointed in 2002 by Governor Scott McCallum. Retained the seat in his only contested race in 2003. Re-elected in 2009 and 2015.

Judge Kelley has spent nearly 19 years on the bench. Prior to his time as the Brown County Circuit Court Judge for Branch IV, Judge Kelley was a Brown County assistant district attorney where he specialized in prosecuting dangerous sex offenders. Judge Kelley also served as a municipal judge in Suamico and was in private practice before that. He is proud to be a U.S. Navy veteran.

Judge Kendall Kelley and his wife have eight children who they raised here in Brown County.

  • JACG Officer in the U.S. Navy, Honorably Discharged (1989-1992)
